4 to 5 cups shredded cabbage (16 oz bag shredded cabbage)
2 medium carrots, chopped or grated
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar (heaping)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
3/4 cups mayo
Mix the cabbage with the carrots, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings. Stir in mayo and taste.
